A yoga practice gives us a way to reduce stress, become aware of our body and the tension it holds, and create self-control where action reigns over reaction.
My journey with yoga didn't start overnight and will remain a work in progress. After all, yoga means union, and it's a journey within our self. To practice it, we learn more about ourselves.
The best yoga teachers are the best students. My goal is to remain a student at heart, and help others just like you (re)ignite your own journey.
